    Immonnen Takes Joss Win

Mika Immonen cruised untouched through the Joss Tour field at Raxx Billiards in West Hempstead, NY to prove that Dennis Hatch is not the only man capable of winning a Joss event. Indeed, Mr. Hatch had to settle for fourth place in this event as Dave Grau beat him twice, once to send him to the losers side and then again to end his tournament in fourth place. Tournament Director Mike Zuglan quipped: "We now know that two people can beat Dennis Hatch, Ralf Souquet and Dave Grau".

Grau, as well as he was playing, still could not take down the iceman. In the finals Mika eased into the win, 9-3. This was the exact same score that Grau used in his previous match to retire Joey Korsiak into a third place finish.
