Leonard Cornell's 4-Ball Challenge

What a bargain!!! This month's betcha entitled Leonard Cornell's 4-Ball Challenge was sent by….you guessed it, the World Renown Leonard Cornell from Quebec, Canada. You may remember Leonard, as he was the runner up in last year's trick shot contest. Persistence pays off, because Leonard just won a free video for putting a unique twist on an age-old principle. The challenge is to make all four balls in one shot. Don't start with the cue stick on the table, that is the "tricky stuff" which makes this shot possible (shhhhh). Once your mark is primed and ready, announce that you are willing to bet (fill in the blank) that you can make all four balls in one shot. The six and seven are easy. Most pool players will know to use high left or right hand english to make the eight or nine balls respectively. However, the fourth ball seems impossible. Well it is, unless you know "the tricky stuff." The set up is easy. Start with a ball on the head spot. This is your ghost ball. Freeze the seven ball to it and then remove the ghost ball. The six ball is frozen to the seven ball and is aimed into the corner pocket. Place the eight and nine balls in front of the corner pockets. Voila, you now have a classic betcha which is easy to make if……….that's right, "if you know the tricky stuff." Now you got it Toyota. Strike the cue ball with high left hand english (or right hand if you want to be a rebel) aiming to hit half of the six ball. The six and seven will rifle into the corner pockets. As the cue ball goes three rails, you place your cue stick across the table frozen to the eight and nine balls. When the cue ball touches the rail, the eight and nine will drop, and you just won (fill in the blank). Now remember a real gentleman would not collect on this bet, his reward would be knowing he "educated" another sucker. Thanks again to Leonard Cornell of Quebec, Canada. SEND A BETCHA OR AN ORIGINAL TRICK SHOT AND WIN A FREE VIDEO I need your help. I am in search of learning every "betcha" in existence. For example, the oldest pool betcha known to man is where the three ball are balanced on the end rail in a pyramid configuration, and you bet your mark you can hit the other two balls first. This is exactly what I am interested in finding. So if you know any "grifts", even if they do not apply to pool, send it to me immediately.
