Twenty-seven ladies, including two new members, set their sights for Pappy's Sports Bar for a $1000 added tournament. This event was a race to 5, 8-ball, on 7 ft. tables. And the tables were in great shape for shooting. The matches were fierce as the ladies, one by one, started dropping off the board until the final eight that remained standing, weaving more likely, were: Kristin Haney, Susan Mello, Traci Thomas, and Madelyn Roberts on the no loss side and new member Jodie Villegas, Judi Wickelgren, Angel Paglia and Toni Officer on the one loss side.

Starting out at noon on Sunday were matches finding Kristin and Susan, Traci and Madelyn, Angel and Judi, and Jodie and Toni set up against one another. Jodie and Judi were congratulated for 7/8th as Traci met up with Toni and Susan faced off with Angel. Traci and Angel took 5/6th which set the scene for the 4th place match between Susan and Toni. Toni was left in the 4th place spot as Susan moved on to compete against Madelyn after she lost the hot seat match with Kristin. With a score of 5-4, Susan moved on to the final match with Kristin and facing a true double elimination format, would have to defeat Kristin twice. Scoring 5-1, Susan took the first match. The crowd had started to gather earlier but really joined in for the second match as the ladies lagged for break. Susan started it out with the 1st game and continued with the 2nd. You could hear a pin drop as she took the 3rd. Kristin fought for the 4th game and then the fifth. However, with the next game, Susan made it 4-2 and it was her turn to break in an alternating break format. She took full advantage as she broke and ran the table winning the main event. Congratulations to Kristin for 2nd place and to Susan for 1st place.
