Welcome, ladies, to the first tour stop for Season VI of the AWBT, being
graciously hosted by Randall Griph and the staff of Lazy Q. As I am sure
you noticed and appreciated, Randall rearranged his facility to mitigate the
effects of the sun on the 9’ tables previously located along the windows.
Our first tour stop for the 2001-2001 season got off to a fast-paced start
with 39 players and at the end of the day the final 4 ladies on the A Side
were: Susan Mello, Stacy Hurst, Ikumi Ushiroda and Susan Williams and the
final 4 ladies on the B Side were: Katie Gray, Kim Shaw, Jean Vaillancourt
and Yevette Johnson.
Sunday dawned with the ladies eager to play — both in the Main Event and
the Second Chance with the results as follows:

The winner of the Main Event also received a prepaid WPBA spot.
