A dominant force in the Northeast for years, in 1998 Dennis Hatch proved he can go the distance with the world’s best. Starting the season with strong showings in Olathe (3rd place) and South Jersey (7th place) Hatch finished the last three events of the ’98 season with first, second and third finishes at Denver, Tulsa and Columbus, respectively. Pool is a family affair for the Hatches. Dennis learned to play from his father, Greg, who also competes in the Camel Pro Billiards Series. Before devoting his energies to professional pool, Hatch was undefeated as a boxer.
