 December 21, 2001 Europe 1 - 6 USA Johnny Archer turned the screw tonight at the York Hall as he cast aside the challenge of World Champion Mika Immonen to give the United States a 6 - 1 lead in the 2001 Mosconi Cup. In one of the better games of the tournament so far, Immonen played well but was hampered by one or two bad runs.
