Immonen wins Atlanta Open

Mika Immonen

Mika Immonen has won the 3rd Annual UPA Atlanta Open.

Immonen bounced back from a 11-9 loss to Ralf Souquet on Saturday evening and scored back-to-back-to-back hill-hill wins over Johnny Archer, Cliff Joyner and Jeremy Jones to get to the finals.

After the three close matches leading up the finals, the finals were a bit anti-climactic as Immonen dominated Souquet 13-3.

Immonen earned $10,000 for first place, while Souquet settled for $4400. Jones and Joyner filled out the top four spots.
