The festivities got underway early at Hardtimes Billiards in Sacramento California on Monday. While the 7th Annual Hard Times Jamboree doesn't begin until Tuesday, the players were in action Monday night for five mini-tournaments.
Four of the mini-tournaments were one pocket and one was 9-ball. Mark Haddad was the big winner of the night with two one pocket mini-tournament wins, while Tony Chohan and Jose Parica each won one one pocket event. The lone 9-ball event was won by Mike Davis.
Each player pocketed $200 for their wins in the $25 entry single elimination events.
The main event gets started on Tuesday and we will have complete brackets for both the one-pocket and 9-ball.
