The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour started their 2007/2008 season with a $3000 added event at TJ's Classic Billiards in Waterville, ME.
This tournament belonged to Marc Vidal, who was unstoppable. Vidal defeated Mike Dechaine 9-7 for the hot-seat and then Dechaine fell to Chuck Altomare by the same 9-7 score in the semi-finals.
Altomare had lost to Vidal earlier in the tournament and was hoping for revenge in the finals, but it quickly became apparent that was not going to happen. Vidal cruised to a 9-3 win in the first set.
Vidal earned $1400, while Altomare settled for $940.
The Joss NE 9-Ball Tour will be at Trick Shot Billiards & Sports Pub in Clifton Park, NY next weekend for a $2000 added event.
