Rogers captures Hunter Tour Champion Title

Leslie Anne Rogers

Leslie Anne Rogers is the Hunter Classics Women's Tour Champion.

Rogers made her way undefeated through a field of 45 players to win the season finale at Big Daddy's in Alvin, TX. Rogers was tied with Lisa Marr in points and the one that finished higher in this event would snare the coveted title of Tour Champion.

When Rogers took the hot-seat, she know that Marr would have to beat her in the finals to keep her from the title. Before Marr could get the chance to beat Rogers, she had to get by Deanna Henson in the semi-finals. The two fought hard, but in the end it was Henson with the 7-6 victory leaving Marr in third place.

Rogers won the final match 7-4 to earn the tournament win, 2004 WPBA Qualifier and Tour Championship crown. Not bad for a days work.

Rogers collected $750 for first. Henson took home $555 for second. Marr and Heather Pulford filled out the top four spots.
