A Vote for Parica in the Hall of Fame

To the entire billiard world,

Today is Friday, July 23rd and I have decided that I must write this letter, ever though I am at work.  After receiving this year's Hall of Fame inductions list I immediately realized that everyone mentioned was quite deserving of this prestigious award.  However, I feel that there is one person that is at the top of the list for this year's induction ceremony.

I believe that for many reason, Jose Parica, deserves to be at the top of the list as he is not only leader the great Philippines but, he also leads 100's of extraordinary players from all over the world to the U.S.A. and has done so for over 40 years!  Jose was a leader in billiards and has been a role model to many.  This kind “little giant” has been a complete gentleman and I believe that we can all agree that he has always conducted himself as a true professional pool player.   Not once have I seen him out of line and he is always humble in defeat as well as in his 100's of triumphs.

I could go on and on about this man and this is why I feel that this is the year; 2010 that Jose Parica is the most deserving person to become inducted into the Billiards Congress of America Formal Hall of Fame Ceremony on October 21st, 2010 during his quest to become a U.S. Open Champion.
