The Billiard Congress of America, during the General Assembly meeting at the BCA Trade Show in Las Vegas, has elected a new slate of officers to control the organization. The new officers are:
Chairman: Mike Serra of DNR
Vice Chairman: Skip Nemacheck of Tweeten Fiber
Treasurer: Ivan Lee of Simonis Cloth
Secretary: Marty Bloom of Olhausen Tables
Of note, Ivan Lee was not eligible to be re-elected as Chairman as the term limit rule prevented that possibility. Also, the BCA is reducing the number of board members. This limit prevented Karim Belhaj of Predator Cues from being re-elected to the board. AZBilliards wishes to thank Mr. Belhaj for his past service to the board. We feel his presence will be missed as he has a great deal of experience interfacing with the international billiard community.
