Wang Can Defeats Kiamco (Again!) : Engel Upsets Hohmann at Championship Cloth Pro Classic 10-Ball

New Iberia, Louisiana- "Little Wonder" Wang Can of China continues to make believers as he defeated top Filipino Warren Kiamco for the second time in a row last night! This time he defeated him in 10-ball after already beating him in the 9-Ball. The Championship Cloth 5th Annual Pro Classic events are a pro 9-Ball and 10-Ball event during October 16th-20th, 2012. The events take place side by side to the Ozone Billiards US Amateur Open all hosted by Emerald Billiards and produced by Dragon Promotions. The event is co-sponsored by Predator Cues, Poison Cues, Aramith Balls, Pool & Billiard Magazine and sanctioned as an ABP International Rankings Points Tournament.

Wang crushed Kiamco 9-4 in the 10-Ball. He has added Warren's name to his notches already including wins over Johnny Archer and Thorsten Hohmann.

"He's a real good player and he said he would like to move to Atlanta to stay awhile next time. That's exciting for me because now I have a good practice partner!", said Tommy Najar, rising young USA pro.

Thorsten Hohmann had his hands full even as he led 7-6 over Minnesota's Jesse Engel. Jesse was able to play good defense and kicking to outmaneuver Hohmann the final 3 games in a row to win 9-7. Hohmann came back with a 9-8 comeback from behind win today over Texas gun Sylver Ochoa after being down 8-6.

"It's getting tougher out there with so much young talent. These boys are getting stronger and stronger. We need that for American pool", said Charlie Williams, event producer. Williams was able to put away Adam Smith today 9-6. Alcano put Williams on the losers side 9-1 yesterday.

The Championship Cloth Pro Classic 10-Ball Day 4 continues today and ends tomorrow.
