Challenge your Favorite Pool Champions While Supporting a Worthy Charity

April 23, 2013 (Englewood, CO): The Billiard Education Foundation (BEF) announces the return of its annual Challenge the Stars fundraiser, to be held Tuesday evening, July 23, 2013 during the CueSports International (CSI) annual amateur and professional events.

This popular event will take place in the main ballroom of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This benefit gives players and spectators an opportunity to support youth billiard programs while mingling and competing with their favorite professional players.

The top pros from all over the world are invited to help raise funds for the BEF. For a small donation to the BEF, challengers can try their luck against their favorite players. All challengers will receive an autographed certificate and a souvenir photo taken with their pro and all donations are tax deductible.

Admission is FREE, spectators and players are invited to participate in the drawings and silent auctions. Support the event and make a difference in youth billiard programs. BEF is currently accepting in-kind donations in the form of auction items. All money raised goes to benefit BEF programs such as academic scholarships, BEF Junior National 9-Ball Championships, and pool-in-school programs.
