2001 Admiral World Pool Championship TWO MORE PLAYERS have won through to the final 128 at the Cardiff International Arena, after another day of intense 9-Ball action at the Stars and Stripes club in Bristol. Vangelis Vettas of Greece won the first of Tuesday's events and he will be the second player representing Greece. The other player to win through yesterday was senior Canadian pro Gerry 'the Ghost' Watson who will be making his third consecutive appearance in Cardiff. These two will join Chris Melling (England), Thorsten Hohmann (Germany), Imran Majid (England) and Kevin Smith (England) Bristol's other qualifiers. Play continues today and tomorrow with a further four spots to be decided.
