2001 WPA Women's and Junior's World 9-Ball Championships Cancelled The World Pool-Billiard Association regrets to report the cancellation of the 2001 WPA Women's and Junior's World 9-Ball Championships, originally scheduled to be conducted in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, November 14-18. The WPA is pleased to announce the 2002 Women's and Junior's World 9-Ball Championships will now be conducted June 26-30 in Taipei, Taiwan under the auspices of WPA-confederation member, the Asian Pocket Billiard Union.
