The Ladies Spirit Tour was at Jerome's Place in Bradenton, FL to play an event on the tough Diamond Tables.
'Empress' Ming Ng made her way through the field of 26 players undefeated, including a tough 7-6 win over Jeannie Seaver for the hot-seat.
Jeannie took the trip to the one-loss side where Bonnie Coats was waiting. Seaver came out firing in the set against Coats and won 7-1 to set up the rematch with Ming in the finals.
As if one hill-hill match wasn't enough for the fans at Jerome's, the first set in the double elimination finals went hill-hill. This time, it was Seaver pulling out the win and forcing a second set to determine the victor.
Ng losing her first match must have got her attention, as she came out and took complete control of the second match in the finals. Whenever Seaver got a chance to get to the table, she was forced to kick at a ball. And when Ng got to the table, she ran out. After the dust settled, it was Ng scoring the 7-0 win and earning her first Ladies Spirit Tour victory.
The Ladies Spirit Tour will be at Planet 9-Ball in Tampa, FL on September 20th - 21st for their next event.
