Appleton: “Johnny Archer’s got a tough job this year”

With the Mosconi Cup XX just around the corner, we're going to reveal some of the players point of views on this unique event.

We have been asking all ten players the same questions, and some led to very interesting answers.

Europe's 2010 MVP Darren Appleton takes our quiz:

1 - Describe the MC in ONE word:

2 - What's your favorite MC moment?
Beating Shane Van Boening in 2010 when the overall score was 9-8 for Europe. I played an amazing match. I think it was a massive point for the team.

3 - What's your least favorite MC moment?
Not winning a point in 2009, because I played good but nothing went my way.

4 - Who do you think will be the strongest player on your team?
Hopefully all of us! But I think Karl Boyes feels he's got something to prove for his selection so, he could well be the stand out player this year.

5 - Who do you think will be the weakest link in the opposite team?
Johnny Archer has got a tough job this year. To be playing captain and take care of all of the individual players... Especially Earl! It might affect his own play... Hopefully for Europe.

6 - Tell us what the final score will be?
11-9 for Europe
