Jeanette Lee, respectably known as “The Black Widow” will be competing in several scheduled billiard tournaments and conducting her “Black Widow Experience” pool school during The 5th Annual Windy City Open www.WindyCityOpen.net at Pheasant Run Resort www.PhasantRun.com in St. Charles, IL beginning on January 2ndto 7th, 2007.

In addition to participating in The Windy City Open main event, Ms. Lee's school “The Black Widow Experience” is the most sought after school for billiards in the industry. The Experience will provide personal instruction from The Black Widow herself, as well as top professionals, George Breedlove, Mark Wilson, and Jerry Briesath.

Ms Lee will be performing challenge matches where players can attempt to vie for a chance to beat Ms. Lee, signing autographs and photo shoots with her fans.

Ms. Lee is to date, the best sought after personality in Women's professional billiards worldwide.

Jeanette was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 13 and now serves as the National Spokesperson for the Scoliosis Association, Inc. She is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Women's Sports Foundation. After playing pool for three and a half years, Jeanette turned pro in January 1993, and in less than two years became the No. 1 ranked player in the world by the WPBA. In 1994 she was named WPBA Player of the Year by both Billiards Digest and Pool & Billiard Magazine.

Then in 2000 she authored The Black Widow's Guide to Killer Pool, which is a best seller within the pool industry. She has founded The Jeanette Lee Foundation, a charitable organization whose purpose is to demonstrate that any goal can be achieved, despite one's disability.
