Seybert's Billiard Supply Product Review Sweepstakes!

We're looking for your honest and detailed reviews on the products carried by Seybert's Billiard Supply. We will be giving away a total prize package valued at over $3600.00 in a review driven sweepstakes drawing. All approved reviews are eligible to win!

It is easy to write and submit a review on seyberts.com

1.   1) Sign into your Seybert's Billiard Supply account, or if you do not have one, register for a new one. (It only takes a minute.)

2.   2) Find a product on our site you would like to rate and review.

3.   3)  Click on the “Product Reviews” tab below the product you would like to rate. Then click on “Write a review”.

4.   4) Insert a title for your review.

5.   5) Write an informative and honest review of the product.

6.   6) Give the product a rating of 1 to 5 stars and then click “Send”. (1 being the lowest possible rating and 5 being the highest possible rating)

7.     That is it. Once your review has passed our review approval board, your review will be seen on our website AND you will be entered into our sweepstakes.

Be the first to submit an approved review on a product and you will be entered into our sweepstakes twice, doubling your chances to win.

Submit as many reviews as you would like (One per product). Each “approved” review you write will receive an entry into the drawing, increasing your chances to win!

No purchase is necessary to enter, just submit your review on any product on our website that you have owned or have used in the past (regardless if you have purchased from Seybert's Billiard Supply or somewhere else) and, if approved, you will be entered into our drawing where you could have a chance at winning one of eight prize packages with a total value of over $3600.00.  All “approved” reviews are eligible to win.

Review Approval Guidelines
Approved reviews are ones deemed beneficial to consumers with relevant information regardless if you like or disliked the product. We are looking for honest and detailed opinions that are 1600 Characters or less. Reviews that are submitted that have little or no detail, or lacks beneficial information will fail to be approved and thus disallowed from the raffle entry. The decision of the Approval or Disapproval will be at Seybert's sole discretion and all decisions are final.

You may review as many items as you wish but will only be entered once per item that you review UNLESS you are the first to review an item in which case, upon approval, you will receive a double entry into the sweepstakes. 20 Approved Reviews = 20 entries into the drawing.

Contest will be closed on Friday, October 14th, 2011 11:59PM EST

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Seybert's Billiard Supply website located at www.seyberts.com, electronically complete a product review before Oct 14th, 2011 no later than 11:59 pm EST. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, all internet entries, "receipt" of an internet entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information resulting when the entrant review has been “approved” by Seybert's Billiard Supply.

Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Seybert's Billiard Supply is not responsible for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes Period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received on account of traffic congestion on the internet or at the website, or any combination thereof, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.

ODDS OF WINNING: The actual odds of winning will depend upon the actual number of reviews received and approved for this sweepstakes.

RANDOM DRAWING: There will be eight (8) winners. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible approved reviews received. Winners will be notified by email.

PRIZES: There will be eight (8) prizes.

The confirmed 1^st Place Grand Prize winner will receive:
 (1) One Predator Special Edition 23 Cue valued at $1995. (1) One Predator BK Sport Wrap Break Cue valued at 469.00. (1) One Blak 4-8 Soft Vinyl Case valued at $149.00.

Best Review Prize – Separate Drawing From Our Favorite Approved Reviews
(1) Predator Ikon 1 Cue

The Best Review Prize will be a drawing held from a selection of our favorite reviews. (as chosen by Seybert's Billiard Supply) These reviews will be chosen based on how well thought out, informative, and how they best represent the product… (Good or bad.)

Only the prize specified herein will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent, or be used on previous purchases. All federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees import or duty fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Seybert's Billiard Supply shall only be responsible for awarding the number of prizes as stated in these rules.

Gift cards expire one year from date of activation.

CLAIMING PRIZE:
Lucky winners will be contacted by email within ten (10) days of the drawing date, Oct 18^th, 2011. Gift cards will be mailed within thirty (30) days. Upon mailing of the prize to the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.

Review Submission Guidelines.

·      Limit Reviews to 1600 Characters. (roughly 350 words)

·      Be as thought out and informative as possible

·      Most reviews like “It's great” or “It Sucks” will not be approved and not be entered into the drawing. Please provide information on why it is great… or why it sucks.

·      Writing a favorable review will not increase odds in the drawing. We are very interested in all opinions good or bad.

·      Uses double spaces for paragraphs in your review to make reading easier for customers.

·      Write as many reviews as you would like. Each approved review you submit will increase your chances at the drawings.
