Mike Cochran, Cuemaker, Passes Away

Mike Cochran passed away suddenly Feb. 12, 2010 from a sudden heart attack at the age of 52. He is survived by his wife, Connie, children and grandchildren. Mike began building custom cues in 1984, working in the Tim Scruggs shop in Baltimore, MD., where he stayed, and taking great pride in the quality craftsmanship of the cues. Mike was a great family man and had a generous heart towards everyone. He will be greatly missed. Following is tghe notice in his local newspaper:

COCHRAN, loving husband of Connie Cochran ( nee Lehr);devoted father of Adam Cochran, Kim Flores, Mark Cochran; son of Glenn & Mary Lou Cochran; brother of Billie, Belinda, Ron and the late Connie Jo; cherished grandfather of Julia, Elena, Hanna ,Michaela, who will be born in May. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc ., 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Md ( off exit 6 off Rt.100) on Thursday, from 10:00 AM-12:00, where a Celebration of Life Service will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon. Interment private.
