Players,
I was finally able to reach an agreement for another event. Our $25,000 Added “Turning Stone Classic XLI 9-Ball Open” will take place on January 8-11, 2026. There WILL NOT be a Summer event in 2025!! Entry fees for this event will be $250 for ALL players regardless of member status. ALSO, the room rates for this event will be $197 per night in the Brook (formerly called the Hotel) and there WILL NOT be any food credits. This was the best I could do to keep this thing alive at least one more time! Remember that I have a huge room quota to meet so I am requiring that ALL destination players MUST stay at Turning Stone on our block! There will be no air bb and no staying “across the street” allowed. I understand doubling up in rooms, but NO triples Please!! FYI, if I find that a destination player is staying somewhere else, they will forfeit their spot in the event. I really don’t want to do any of this but I have no other options.
At the previous event I told all players that they would have the first chance to get in the next one. In keeping my word, I have notified all and given them a deadline of April 15. After that I will fill any remaining spots with a waiting that starts now. If you would like to be on the waiting list, call or email me with your name, address, phone and email and I will call you after the deadline if there is a spot available for you.
