Unseen WPBL Matches Begin Airing For Free

The World Professional Billiard League will begin airing matches never broadcast before on Sunday December 22, 2013. These matches were previously filmed November 2nd-9th at the WPBL Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and can be viewed for free at: www.WPBLtv.com. 
 
When the WPBL resumed its season in November, a total of 18 matches were played in front of a live audience. These matches will air for free from December 22nd through January 28th 2014 and will conclude the WPBL’s regular season. Each match will be available to view for 48 hours before the next match becomes accessible. Once matches have been featured, they will move into an archived file which will still be available for fans to view for free via the WPBL website. 
 
The first of the never aired before matches will feature Corey Deuel’s Miami Cruise vs. John Schmidt’s Las Vegas Dice and will also mark the debut of Michaela Tabb as the WPBL’s referee. Ms. Tabb had this to say about her experience at the WPBL: “I loved the game…it was quite daunting to start with, but I got into it so quickly and think this is the best billiard game I have refereed…to see the skill of our wonderful players…the players made the matches so enjoyable…I can’t wait for the playoffs!”. Other notable matchups airing the week of December 22nd include Thorsten Hohmann’s Minnesota Outlaws vs. Earl Strickland’s New York Pride, as well as Jeremy Jones’ Huston Hustlers taking on the Outlaws.  
 
Now that regular season is complete, the WPBL will schedule the league’s playoffs in early 2014. An official announcement regarding these details will be made in the coming weeks.
