Just after the completion of the recently played Dynamic Billard European Championships for Men, Women, Under 23 and Wheelchair Athletes, the arena is awaiting the contestants for the next event. Coming up tomorrow (Thursday) is the Predator Treviso Open Euro-Tour event.
The 44 contestants in the women’s event come from 20 nations. The Predator Treviso Open is the first of five events for the 2019 Women’s Euro-Tour. It is also the first women’s event that is presented with the new title sponsor for the women’s events, the Predator company. The total prize money will consist of 100% of the entry fees plus 4.500,-€ added
The ranking situation in the Women’s Euro-Tour ranking is pretty much the same as in the men’s ranking. #1 ranked Kristina Tkach (RUS) and #3 ranked Marharyta Fefilava (BLR) will lose many points from last year’s event in Treviso, while #2 ranked Jasmin Ouschan (AUT) will only lose 330 points for her 9th place finish last year. This creates a huge opportunity for Ouschan to take over the #1 spot in the rankings after the event.
Every day, up to two matches will be streamed LIVE over the EPBF Facebook page. Check for updates and announcements.
The Predator Treviso Open are played in the Best Western BHR Hotel in Treviso, Italy, on 24 tables which are all streamed LIVE throughout the whole event. In order to be able to follow all the action LIVE, premium membership can be obtained at www.kozoom.com. Once a premium membership is held, all events for the respective period of time can be viewed LIVE. Additionally, a huge video gallery is contained in the website.
The event is hosted by the European Governing Body for Pool, the European Pocket Billiard Federation (EPBF) and organized by International Billiard Promotion (IBP).
