The Ladies Spirit Tour would like to congratulate Xiaoting Pan for winning the WPBA's prestigeous 2006 "Rookie of the Year" award.
Pan, a native of Shanghai China, began her quest for "Pro Status" through the Florida-based Spirit Tour by competing in a total of three LST events in 2006 (never finishing lower than 4th). This allowed her to win coveted qualifiers that opened the door to the WPBA.
This is the second year in a row that the Ladies Spirit Tour has helped pave the way for a WPBA Rookie of the Year (the 2005 winner was Tracie Hines of Cairo, Georgia).
