Darlene Gardiner wins close Canadian 30K Tour stop

Kory Jacobs and Darlene Gardinder

This is the first game of our last quarter cycle and some news has hit the waves..... Pool Paradise is closing down due to a lease running out and the plaza under new ownership. Some things are out of our control and we need to roll with it. Arrangements that were made prior to this news need to be re-arranged. An Announcement will be made in the next 2-3 weeks with full details.

The Stan James was in full force in Toronto with 42 of our regulars being there all competing for the Honors' of the Victory.

Congratulations to John Morra and father Mario Morra, your finals is the epitome of the pool player's family.

Congratulations to the other players as well. We had 22 players at this location and our winner this time was a player that keeps moving up in the ranks, Darlene Gardiner was victorious at this stop with Kory Jacobs almost taking the stop from her.

Kory bested Darlene in the first set of the finals by the score of 6-3 and in the second set finals after being down 4-0 Kory came back to tie the game at hill-hill only to lose the 9 ball this time.

Kory Jacobs got by John Black hill-hill who finished 4th and later bested Jeff Dick by a 5-2 score who settled for 3rd.
