Hard Times Billiards in Sacramento, California has announced the first annual Dave Piona Memorial Tournament which will take place on Sunday September 9th.
This event will feature $1500 in added prize money with a $60 entry fee. ($10 from each entry will go to the Dave Piona Memorial Fund) Sign ups start at 11am and the event will start at noon.
