Donnie Mills wins Seminole Pro Tour Event

With most of the top US pro players in Vegas for the various events going on there, the Seminole Pro Tour's stop at Hammerheads Billiards in Holiday, Florida was wide open to crown a new winner.

The match for the hot-seat saw David Grossman score an 8-5 win over tour newcomer Hans Berber Oglu.

Oglu went to the left side of the board, where Donnie Mills was waiting with revenge on his mind. Mills had lost to Oglu 8-4 on the winners side, but scored wins over Hunter Lombaro and Tommy Kennedy to earn another shot at Oglu.

The rematch between these two players went Mills' way this time, earning him a shot at Grossman in the finals.

Grossman took quick control of the match and raced out to a 4-1 lead, but it was all Mills after that as he won eight of the next nine games for a 9-5 win and first place.
