Virginia was not the only state filled with top players last weekend as Hi-Rollers Billiards in Chattanooga, TN added $5000 to two events over the weekend with 38 players competing.
The hot seat was taken by Paul Turner from Atlanta Georgia with a 9-8 win over Stevie Moore from North Carolina. Moore defeated Scott Haffley from Knoxville on the one loss side to set up the rematch with Turner.
Unbelievably, the final was another hill-hill match and was again won by Paul Turner.
Turner collected $3000 for first and Moore pocketed $1250 for second. Haffley and Rick Powers from Crossville, TN filled out the top four spots.
The other event over the weekend was a $500 added mini tournament on Friday which was won by Geoffrey Wade of Chattanooga, TN who defeated Bobby Pickle of Nashville, TN 11 to 7.
