Online Registration Launched for BCAPL National Championships Entries

BCA Pool League members may now enter online for all divisions of the 35th BCAPL National 8-Ball Championships and the 8th BCAPL National 9-Ball Championships being held at the Riviera Hotel & Casino, May 11-22, 2011. The online registration is a new functionality of the CueSports Tournament System (CTS) at www.ctsondemand.com.

CueSports International launched the custom designed state of the art CTS in 2010. CTS has a highly robust online bracket system which allows for individual player and team searches, cross event archives, and detailed information about matches – such as table assignments, match times, history of a player's event matches, results and payouts just to name a few. The CTS site has the added functionality of tournament live scoring for selected events, which CSI introduced with the 2010 U.S. Open 10-Ball Championship.  With the new online registration function and the popular text and email notifications of match times and table assignments, the CTS site is revolutionary in the industry for its cross function capabilities.

Players who register online must pay their entries via either Visa or MasterCard. All users of the CTS online registration section must first “Create an Account.” When creating a CTS account the following applies:

* The account holder must be a player participating in the event
* A valid email address is required for creating an account (due to issues with Comcast and RR email agents, we cannot accept Comcast or RR email addresses. For more information about the issue visit http://playbca.com/News/ToComcastEmailUsers.aspx)
* Only one email address may be used per account / person
* Once you create your new CTS online registration account a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. After the account is created, each subsequent time a player enters online registration area, they may do so just using their login ID and Password

Only one form of registration (either online, fax or mail) should be used in order to avoid duplication.

Additionally, all entrants may also sign up for free (this year) texting or email announcements of match times, table assignments, and results. CTS texting is very cool - all players should give it a try. It will even tell you when the preceding match concludes on your assigned table, so you will know immediately when your table is ready.
