NFL Players and amateurs took on the pros to help lost and exploited children

Thorsten Hohmann, Vivian Villarreal, Angel Paglia and Charlie Williams

During Super Bowl Week in Jacksonville Florida, Bankshot Billiards hosted the first annual Vivian Villarreal Charity Pool tournament. Vivian's tournament to benefit Vivian's Kidz, a non-profit foundation Vivian formed to help recover lost and exploited children. Her own adopted daughter was taken by her birth mother almost eight years ago and is believed to be somewhere in Mexico.

Vivian had lots of professional help on this night. Pro pool players Thorsten Hohmann (Bankshot's house pro), Charlie Williams, Angel Paglia and Tommy Kennedy were there to play. Since it was Super Bowl Week, there were plenty of NFL players showing their skills (or lack thereof!). NFL players Kiwaukee Thomas, Reggie Williams and Quinn Gray of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raider Danny Clark, Seattle Seahawk Alex Bannister and Houston Texan David Young were all in attendance.

Bankshots was packed to the rafters with guests who paid $35 each to play in the tournament and another $20 to $50 to play with one of the pros - either football or pool all going to benefit Vivian's Kidz.

Bankshots would like extend a huge Thank You to everyone involved who helped make this event a great success!
