Patton Marches On To Win Sevier County Open

The J. Pechauer Custom Cues Southeast Open 9-Ball Tour headed to Tennessee for it's 8th stop of the season.

A $1000 added event, The Sevier County Open was held at the family owned and operated Sevierville Billiard Club and Main Street Cafe.

Thirty players played in the two day event on exquisite 9' Diamond tables with new lighting. Day one was highlighted by rewarding the highest lady and junior finishers, Poy McFalls and Matt Delaney, who receive $50.00 each. As tradition with the tour 3% of the prize fund was donated to a local charity. This event donated $35 to the area boys and girls club.

Day two the money matches headed up and included:
quarter final:Mike Patton (9) vs. Brian White (6)
hot seat: Tommy Kennedy (9) vs. Mark Owens (8)
semi final: Mike Patton (9) vs. Mark Ownes (5)
and the final match: Mike Patton (11) vs. Tommy Kennedy (9).
