BJ Ussery from Greensboro NC went undefeated through a field of 58 players to win the South East Open 9-Ball Tour event at Capone's Billiards in Springhill, FL.
Ussery defeated Tony Crosby 9-7 in the quarter final match to take his place in the hot-seat, while Richie Richeson was defeating Steve Knight on the one-loss side. Crosby then defeated Richeson to set up the rematch in the finals.
The finals went the same as the previous encounter as Ussery defeated Crosby 13-8.
Ussery collected $700 for first place, while Crosby settled for $500. Richeson and Knight filled out the top four places.
The SE Open 9-Ball Tour will be at Morey's Billiards in Charlotte, NC on April 19th - 20th for their next event.
