White is spectacular in Sevierville

The ninth stop of the J Pechauer SE Open 9-Ball Tour's 2005 season was held September 10th - 11th at Sevierville Billiard Club as part of Sevierville's September Extravaganza. The good folks are Sevierville Billiard Club are hosting three events in a row starting Sept 3th - 4th and ending Sept 17th - 18th.

Just like last weekend, there was no admission fee for the fans who wanted to come out and watch these great players doing battle on the green cloth. The fans were definitely not disappointed as Tim Heath captured the hot-seat with a 9-7 win over Mike Patton.

Patton then went to the one loss side and suffered another 9-7 loss; this time to Brian White.

This set up the final match between White and Patton for the $1000 in first place prize money. The final match was a close one all the way, but in the end Brian White earned the 11-9 win for first place.

White pocketed the $1000, while Heath settled for $420. Patton and Russ Edwards filled out the top four spots. The top female finisher was Janet Atwell and the top junior was Lauren Collins. Each won $50 in bonus money for their finish.

The SE Open 9-Ball Tour will be back at the Sevierville Billiard Club in Sevierville Tennessee next weekend for another event.
