Good day pool players...
 
For starters, a comment to Terry and Gima Strader, owners of Riverbend Billiards in Alton, IL. We are sorry to hear about the loss of Riverbend Billiards due to a fire. Riverbend was one of the best places to play pool, both league and tournaments, for many years. Terry and Gima are great people and Terry is a consistant supporter of the sport and doesn't miss many of the GAT events. According to Terry, they will open another pool room in the future somewhere in Alton. Good luck Terry and Gima, Riverbend Billiards will be missed... but we're looking forward to playing in your new room sometime in the future.
 
December was a great month for the GAT!! Thanks to everyone that came out to Riverbend for the Qualifier and to Shooter's for the Tour Stop. The addition of the A+ HCP division came into affect this month at Shooter's Sports Bar in Centralia, with Jon Williams being the sole A+ in attendance. Congrats to Terry Strader on his Tour Qualifer win and to Michael Zimmerman on his Tour Stop win!

In order to maintain a fair playing field and keep new/unknown players from "robbing the tournament", we reserve the right to adjust handicaps before, during or after any GAT event. Regular Tour Members handicaps level out after participating in multiple events.
