Bryan Reynolds tops Vegas All American Tour Stop

The twenty-second stop of the 2008/2009 Pechauer All American Tour (produced by the American CueSports Alliance – ACS) was hosted at Las Vegas Cue Club in Las Vegas, NV, on Saturday, December 13.  The $500 added event drew thirty-two players from Las Vegas in a double-elimination, races-to-3 8-ball format on 7-foot bar boxes.  In the A-side semi-finals, Stan Girardi outdueled Chris Sheerin while Bryan Reynolds turned back Latrelle Smith.  In the hot-seat match, Stan Girardi remained undefeated with a win over Bryan Reynolds.

With six players remaining, the B-bracket evolved with Pete Gausto and Latrelle Smith ousting Chris Sheerin and Ed Banas respectively at 5th place.  The resulting Smith/Gausto match-up had Smith ending Gausto's run at 4th place.  In turn, Latrelle Smith was eliminated at 3rd place at the hands of Bryan Reynolds.  Reynolds moved on to the finals, where he outlasted Stan Girardi for the title!

By virtue of Latrelle Smith being the highest-finishing ACS member in the event, he qualified for a free 8-Ball singles entry into the 2009 ACS Nationals in Las Vegas – courtesy of the ACS.  The ACS wishes to thank sponsors J. Pechauer Custom Cues, Championship Billiard Fabric, Nick Varner Signature Cases and oZone Billiards for their support in donating “Value-In-Kind” product for this and all stops on the Pechauer All American Tour. Sponsorship opportunities are still available for the 2008/2009 All American Tour by contacting the ACS.
