First Pro-Am to be Held at U.S. Open

THE ASSOCIATION OF BILLIARD PROFESSIONALS TEAMS WITH BARRY BEHRMAN AND SHANNON BEHRMAN PASCHALL TO PRESENT:

The 2011 U.S. Open 9-Ball Pro-Am at the Chesapeake Conference Center. This first time event will take place on Friday, October 14th 7pm-9pm.

Professional players Johnny Archer (1999 U.S. Open Champion and ABP President), Darren Appleton (our defending champion), Rodney Morris(1996 U.S. Open Champ and Vice President of ABP), Shawn Putman (Board Member of the ABP), and at least four more top players will be on hand for two hours of playing pool with the fans, having wonderful conversations, and having a lot of fun. The cost is only $30.00 per person and all proceeds go to a charity of the City of Chesapeake's choice.

Many City Officials will also be in attendance so that when they retire they can join the tour. We are also raffling a very nice cue throughout the week at the ticket counter for $5.00 per ticket and the proceeds from this will also go toward the charity. The drawing will take place just before the finals on Saturday night, October 22nd at 7pm. You do not have to be present to win the cue stick.

So, anyone who can come out and meet the pros before the U.S. Open 9-Ball Championships gets underway, please feel free to do so and serve a good cause.

Remember, Friday, October 14, 7pm-9pm, from the ABP, Barry Behrman and Shannon Behrman Paschall.
