Charlie Williams
Biography
Born in Seoul, Korea, and raised in Newport News, Va., Charlie Williams showed the promise of a future champion in winning the BCA Junior National Championship in 1991. His first major win came in 2001 at the Turning Stone Classic. A year later he captured the BCA Open 9-Ball Championship. Over the next 15 years, Williams continued to capture pro tour titles and regional crowns, all the while splitting his time with promotional and administrative duties as the founder of the United Poolplayers Association and as an aspiring event promoter.
