John Ditoro has official declined his UPA invitation to play in the World Pool Championship in Cardiff on July 12th - 20th. Ditoro commented "It was really an honor to be invited, but now would not be a good time for me to take a trip like this".
Bill Ferguson, currently ranked #47 on the UPA points list, is expected to take Ditoro's place in the event.
