Virginia Tech is hosting its 5th annual Virginia Tech Team Pool Championships this weekend, October 14-16, in Blacksburg, VA. Colleges from all over the East Coast and some up North have traveled here to compete throughout the weekend in a series of events:
- Modified Straight Pool (14.1 Continuous)
- Team 8-Ball (BCA 4v4 Format)
- Singles 9-Ball (ACUI College National 9-Ball Qualifier)
Teams consist of 4 players, plus one optional alternate. Points will be awarded to top finishing teams/players in each of the events, with a tally at the end of all three to determine an overall champion. The defending champions of this tournament are the host, the Virginia Tech Hokies.
